It is a municipal mobility service based on the loan of bicycles to facilitate your trips within the Castellón de la Plana area.
Our goal is to offer citizens a fast, flexible, practical, economical and healthy transportation option. To do this, Bicicas offers a network of automated bicycle parking points spread throughout its metropolitan area.
Loans have a maximum term of 1 hour, with no loan limit. Its recreational use is not the object of the service.
You can sign up for Bicicas through the mobile APP or through our website.panel.bicicas.es
Download the BICICAS application from the Play Store or App Store, complete the registration form (Don't forget to review the terms and conditions).
Access via D.N.I. and password created in said registry. In the subscriptions section, purchase the desired subscription using a bank card. Don't worry, our payment gateway is totally secure, we have all the required certifications and PCI.
Enter the User Panel section of the bicicas.es website. In the @Register tab on bicicas.es you must complete the form, where you will create a password that, together with your ID, will allow you to later access your user account (Don't forget to review the terms and conditions).
Once inside the user panel, in the subscriptions section you must select the desired subscription and make the payment with a bank card. Our payment gateway is totally secure, we have all the required certifications and PCI.

Taking out a bicycle is very simple, you just have to follow the steps indicated below.
1st Scan from the BICICAS APP the QR code of the anchor point where the desired bike is located.

Once you have registered, you can stop by our office to prove your age with your ID or prove your reduced mobility condition with the Disability Certificate. Or if you prefer you can send it by email to bicicas@bicicas.es.
Remember that, for safety, you must check the condition of the bicycle before using it.
You must circulate with civility and caution, respecting traffic rules.

Make yourself visible, especially at night with reflective clothing, and predictable on the road for other vehicles while driving, for everyone's safety.
At Bicicas we recommend the use of a helmet while using the service.
You should not carry another person on the bike, you may suffer an accident with a person not covered by the user's insurance. Furthermore, this behavior is subject to very serious sanctions.
Bicicas is a shared and limited service, remember that you may not find a bicycle or anchor point while using it. In these cases you can check via APP the status of the nearest stations to obtain a bicycle or finalize a loan.

It may be that it has been detected that you have violated some rule and you have a sanction. In this case, the APP will reflect its reason in the “Sanctions” section; if you want, you can contact us to find out the reason.
You must report the theft of the bicycle and notify Bicicas as soon as possible.
Whenever there is another person/s involved you must obtain their data
It may happen that you go to a station to get a bicycle and find that there is none available at that moment. If you access the map you can check the availability of bicycles in the nearest bases in real time. If, on the other hand, what you want is to return the bicycle and the base is full, you will have to go to another base. You can check the map for the closest base with free anchors. Remember that during the period in which you are using a bicycle it is under your responsibility, do not abandon it!
You must contact us, we will solve the problem instantly and send someone to check the operation of the anchor.
It is very important that you notify it, It is best that you put one incidence through the APP, In this way it will remain blocked until one of our operators repairs it. The rest of the users will thank you.
Bicicas urges users to respect the vehicles and infrastructure of the system as it is a public good that provides a basic and necessary mobility service for many people.

If the steps above do not resolve the issue, log out of the Bicicas app and log back in with your credentials.
